You are welcome to bring a folding chair if neededWHAT TO EXPECTWhen you arrive you will check-in, remove your shoes and locate your space in the room. Everyone is encouraged to get settled into their space being mindful of others. Turn-off or silence your cellphone/watches. Then you may relax, meditate or engage in quiet conversation.Alison & Sharon will lead the Opening & Introductions. They will set the tone and prepare everyone for the collective journey.
